You can change your name and phone number within the app under SETTINGS.
If you need to change your email, please submit a Help ticket within the app with your current email and requested new email, and we will change it for you.
To submit a Help ticket within the app follow the simple steps:
- Select HELP from the main menu.
- Touch OPEN HELP TICKET. You can also send an email directly to help@getgrab.com to open a ticket.
