1. Select HELP from the main menu.
  2. Choose OPEN HELP TICKET to let us know what problem you encountered.  
  3. Add a picture to your help ticket with the ATTACHMENT icon in the lower left corner if it will help describe the problem.

Please provide as much information as possible so we can work to resolve the issue expeditiously.
